I opened my own care company back in 2018, after gaining our registration we slowly built up our client base. I opened Unicorn1Care as I wanted to make a difference in the world of care and focus around providing person centred care throughout, we believe that the only way is what the client wants. We are proud of the care that we give to each client and are looking to continuously grow.

At Unicorn1Care we believe that our staff should be encouraged to build on themselves throughout their career with us, we encourage all our staff to complete an NVQ level 2,3,4 or 5 alongside other online training.

My goals are to continuously grow as a company and expand within the Oldham area. To be the best and to provide the best care possible and to encourage our staff to build on their career at Unicorn and progress within the company.

At Unicorn we have six core values being Person Centred Care, Commitment, Compassion, Going the extra mile, Competence and Communication that we are highly passionate about and expect each member of staff to follow. We stand by our person-centred care plans and believe that each client should be cared for in a way that they desire. We only take on dedicated and committed staff that demonstrate a true caring nature. We always show compassion to our clients, but it does not stop there we go the extra mile where we can. All our staff are competent at the job and understand the importance of communication.
